Who We Are

Whiskers and Soda is a café with a relaxed and comfortable setting, that also happens to be populated with adoptable cats! It’s a place for people to come and work, alone or with colleagues, or relax and hang out with cats, or people who love cats.

Whiskers and Soda is a cat café, in partnership with the cat rescue group A Voice For All Paws, for the purpose of providing a safe and loving environment for cats and kittens while they search for their furever homes. We have found that the most productive interaction between foster cats and potential adoptive parents is in a location where the cats feel safe and comfortable. Our setting provides the most natural and relaxed exposure between cats and humans, for both to get to know each other. All of the cats and kittens in the café are fully vetted and verified as healthy.

How It Works

Our café is membership-based, but you also have the option to visit without being a member. Membership allows you to make reservations from 7 to 30 days in advance, get lower visit rates, and get other member benefits such as discounts and coupons. We would still love you to come visit our café even if you aren’t a member! Walk-In rates for adults are $16/hr and $8/hr for kids for the first hour, and half the rate for additional hours when booked at once. If you choose this option, your visit will be subject to open availability. We suggest you monitor the Home page of the website which shows you up-to-date availability for entrance.

House Rules

The well being of our cats is our top priority. Love and respect our cats.

Let the cats come to you, do not force interaction with a cat. Cats can sleep up to 15 hours a day, so don’t be disappointed if they are snoozing when you want to play with them.

Shoes must either be left in the cubicles entering the café, or you must wear shoe covers. We must be careful to not track any unwanted things into the café, or accidentally step on a cat tail with a hard shoe!

Please keep sounds to a normal level, so everyone (and the cats) can enjoy their personal experience.

Children under 6 must be supervised by an adult.
