Do you have to be a member to visit the cafe?

Our café is membership-based, but you also have the option to visit without being a member. Membership allows you to make reservations 30 days in advance, get lower visit rates, and get other member benefits such as discounts, coupons, and invitation to members only events. We would still love you to come visit our café even if you aren’t a member! If you choose this option, you can book a reservation up to 10 days in advance, or if you want to visit without a reservation your visit will be subject to open availability (we limit capacity to maximum 30 people at any one time).

How can I interact with the cats when I am visiting the cafe?

Let the cats come to you, do not force interaction with a cat. Cats can sleep up to 15 hours a day, so don’t be disappointed if they are snoozing when you want to play with them.

How do the membership terms work?

All our membership plans are monthly terms and bill automatically each month. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or fees. Each plan comes with various pricing and perks.

Should I check availability before I come visit?

If you want to visit as a walk-in you can still book a reservation up to 10 days in advance. You can also just show up at the café if you don’t want to make a reservation, but entrance will be subject to open availability. It can be very difficult to get in without a reservation on the weekend, weekdays you’ll have a better chance. We suggest you monitor the Home page on the website which shows you up-to-date availability for entrance, or call us at any time!

How do I cancel my membership?

You can easily cancel your membership at any time. Simply send us an email or give us a call, although we’ll be super sad to see you go, we’ll be happy to cancel it for you. If you run into any issues or prefer assistance, feel free to contact us directly—we’re happy to help!
